I understand the Terms and Conditions and Cancellations Policy * Once our team have received your request, you will be contacted to confirm your chosen date/s are available. To secure your date/s, a $144 deposit per session is payable. Cancellations and date changes policy: a. Notice of cancellation or request to transfer to an alternative date must be received at least five (5) business days before the training start date. b. A booking amendment fee equal to 50% of the course fee ($17 per student booked) will apply where notice of cancellation or transfer to an alternative date is received between five (5) to three (3) business days of the scheduled training start date c. A booking amendment fee equal to 100% of the course fee will apply where notice of cancellation or transfer to an alternative date is received within two (2) business days of the scheduled training start date. d. The notice of intent to cancel a booking must be sent by email to partyready@stjohnvic.com.au e. A booking may be transferred to an alternate date a maximum of two times. Any subsequent transfers (even when notified more than 5 business days from course start date) will be subject to a $50 administration fee.
