All items supplied will be in date, meet our strictest quality checks and be there for you in an emergency. Get the peace of mind that a St John expert has checked over your kits with their trained eyes.
How Does On the Spot Kit Replenishment Work?
Just bring your kit to us and we will check and replenish it to the same standard as any new first aid kit.
On the Spot Kit Replenishment is currently available at 3 of our locations, Monday to Friday:
- Eastland Ringwood Store: Shop 1066/175 Maroondah Hwy, Ringwood VIC 3134
- Clayton St John Headquarters: 601 Blackburn Rd, Notting Hill VIC 3168
- Melbourne CBD Training Centre: Level 6/310 King St, Melbourne VIC 3000
Drop off your kits before 10am and pick them up after 3pm at any of the above locations.
Do I Need to Book?
For your convenience, you don’t need to book to access our On the Spot Kit Replenishment service. Drop in before 10am Monday to Friday and pick it up after 3pm the same day. If you need a faster turnaround or have more than 5 kits, please call us to let us know in advance and we will be able to accommodate on 8588 8548.
Payment is via credit card upon drop off (if you don’t have an existing customer account) or on account for pre-existing approved customers.
Need Us to Visit You Instead?
If you can’t get your kits to us, we can send our First Aid Servicing representatives out to you where they will service your kits on site.
